Warning Signs of Heat Stroke and Exhaustion
- Excessive thirst.
- Decreased sweating.
- Clammy skin.
- Elevated body temperatures (above 105 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Seizures.
- Severe headaches.
- Fainting.
- Muscle cramps.
If you notice any of these symptoms with your child, or with children you are babysitting, remove the child from the hot temperatures/sunlight and seek emergency medical assistance immediately.
