How the Appointment Scheduling Process Works at Pivotal Home Solutions

How it works

With real-time communication via SMS text/email throughout the service process, here is what you can expect: 

  1. Confirmation of Claim - A confirmation will be sent after your claim has been opened.
  2. Contractor Assigned - With your safety in mind, a notification will be sent with the contractor’s company name so you know who will be visiting your property.
  3. Accepted Scheduled Time – Your contractor will schedule an appointment during one of your preferred timeframes or call you to arrange an appointment in a different window. A notice will be sent once the time has been accepted.
  4. On-the-Way Tracking - Once the contractor departs for your home, you will receive a notification containing GPS tracking and the estimated time of arrival.
  5. Your Feedback Matters- Following the completion of your claim, we want to hear about your experience. You’ll receive a survey invitation asking you to provide a rating to the contractor who helped you with your repair. We hope you take some time to answer the brief questionnaire as it will help us to enhance our ability to meet our customers’ needs.
