Account Representative - Call Center
You also need to have sales skills and be aware of opportunities to offer and sell additional products while on these calls. You need impeccable phone manners, a problem-solving attitude, patience, and a sense of humor. You also need computer and keyboarding skills, plus an ability to multitask, as you'll be interacting with our front-end user application while on calls.

HVAC Service Technician
Are you an experienced tech who knows how to diagnose and repair residential heating and air conditioning equipment? We're looking for refrigerant-certified technicians, with EPA Certification Type I and II or Universal. NATE certification would be a plus.
