When you schedule your appointment, we will ask you pre-screening questions to understand whether someone in the home is infected or suspected to be infected. If you have been exposed to or confirmed positive for COVID-19, we have a special team set up to assist you while protecting the health and safety of our employees and technicians. Appointments are available Tuesday–Saturday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. (excluding holidays). Please note that air conditioner appointments can only be performed in dry conditions with temperatures over 55° Fahrenheit. We will do our best to reschedule weather-delayed appointments as soon as possible. 

† Tune-up is for one primary central cooling system, ducted electric central air conditioning, and blower motor located in the furnace if necessary for proper operation of the cooling system.
